What is MystroX HRMS?

MystroX is an AI and cloud-based HR and payroll system built in Kuwait by Burgan Systems. It covers payroll, time and attendance, leave, employee records, self-service, performance, recruitment, government forms and reporting in one platform.

Is MystroX available in Arabic?

Yes. The interface and reports are bilingual, Arabic and English, so each user can work in the language they prefer.

Does MystroX follow Kuwait labor law?

Yes. MystroX calculates indemnity according to Kuwait labor law, keeps social security information for national employees and includes Kuwaiti and GCC government forms.

Can MystroX connect to our attendance machines and ERP?

Yes. MystroX integrates with existing attendance machines and with ERP and financial systems, so attendance flows into payroll and payroll flows into finance.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. Employees check in and out, see their shifts and leave balance, and submit leave, loan, expense and travel requests from the MystroX app. Managers approve requests from their phones.
