Burgan National Information Systems Company (BNIS) is a Kuwaiti software company founded in 1985. We make MystroX HRMS and build AI, software and mobile apps for government entities and enterprises across Kuwait and the GCC.

Our story
Four decades of Kuwaiti software, from mainframes to AI.
Burgan was founded in Kuwait City in 1985, building business systems on mainframes and IBM AS/400. When personal computers arrived in the 1990s we moved with them, and by 2000 software development had become the heart of the company.
In 2003 we built our first HR management system, followed by IRP for investment companies in 2004. Mystro HRMS followed in 2009, and in 2021 it became MystroX, a cloud HR and payroll platform now used by 150+ organizations for more than 200,000 employees.
Since 2024 we have been building AI into our products and into custom solutions for clients, in Arabic and English, under the same certified quality and security standards our clients have relied on for years.
